1917tk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 1917tk platform by an individual user.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or incentive amounts credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Platform" means the 1917tk website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at 1917tk.app.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole account currency supported on the 1917tk platform.

References to "you" and "your" include the Player and any person acting on the Player's behalf. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to 1917tk and its operating team.

To use the 1917tk platform, you must create a registered Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use only — not on behalf of a third party.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• You have not previously had an Account on 1917tk that was suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a professional player, syndicate member, or acting under any arrangement to exploit promotional offers systematically.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on 1917tk. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

1917tk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including a copy of a valid national ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and confirmation of your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within 14 days of the request may be restricted or closed.

All financial transactions on the 1917tk platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as select Bangladeshi bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your Account settings.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending identity verification.
• All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• 1917tk does not charge fees for standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 1917tk accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Real-money Balance withdrawals are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1917tk reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where suspicious account activity is detected. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held without prejudicing the Player's entitlement to the funds if the review concludes satisfactorily.

1917tk offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and may only be used for wagering on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• Where a Player holds both a real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance is wagered first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible offer per Account, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated that multiple claims are permitted.
• 1917tk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted by a Player at the time of withdrawal shall be honoured under the terms communicated at the time of acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract value — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

All games and betting markets available on 1917tk are governed by the rules published by the respective game studios and sportsbook providers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game or market in question.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 1917tk will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where the outcome of a round cannot be determined with certainty due to a technical fault, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• 1917tk reserves the right to void any bet where it was placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds or game settings, including but not limited to pricing errors, duplicate events, or software glitches that produced incorrect or unavailable markets.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Collusion between players — including signalling hand information, sharing login credentials, or coordinating betting strategy in live casino games — is strictly prohibited.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on 1917tk are sourced from certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel.

1917tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players directly through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Time-Out: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the platform through a different Account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and 1917tk accepts no liability for losses incurred on accounts opened in violation of a self-exclusion agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 1917tk will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or telephone.

• You must notify 1917tk immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to place bets using your Account.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 1917tk platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your Bangladeshi mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times.

1917tk protects all Account data and financial transactions using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no internet-based system is entirely free from the risk of unauthorised access, and you accept the residual risks inherent in online services.

1917tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void associated balances, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or participation in any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Use of multiple Accounts, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
• Chargebacks, reversed payments, or disputed transactions filed against 1917tk with a payment provider.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure that is not linked to fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after a review period, unless the balance itself is the subject of a dispute or investigation.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting 1917tk support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally, subject to identity verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1917tk's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the real-money Account Balance held by that Player at the time the cause of action arose.

• 1917tk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• 1917tk is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results. 1917tk does not guarantee any particular result or return from any game or betting market.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that real-money losses are possible. 1917tk accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.

1917tk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the 1917tk platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1917tk recommends checking this page whenever you return to the platform after an extended absence.

These Terms are drafted in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes, including any dispute resolution process. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
